Parking Meter - service design research

This project was completed whilst studying integrated product design at UTS. The main tasks of this assignment was to research the current usability issues when using parking meters in Sydney. Research methods included quantitive surveys, observations, research in human ergonomics, then creating paper prototypes to test out user flows. The aim was to create a new user interface and erogonomics structurec through user testing.
